2012 🇨🇭

The Foundation: Customer Obsession

I moved to Switzerland to study International Hotel and Tourism Management.

Studying world renowned Swiss hospitality, a truly human-centered industry, I learned how to work in an agile, multidisciplinary environment while finding creative solutions for customer needs.

2013 🇨🇭

User needs 101

A six-month internship at a luxury hotel taught me to find solutions tailored to unique customer needs, and got me hungry to design services on a larger scale.

2014 🇨🇭

Entering the corporate world

A six-month internship in corporate operations at one of Europe's largest luxury hotel chains enabled me to design service solutions for a global user audience.

I also designed my first UX prototype, a Human Resources tool for company VPs and Regional Managers.

2016/2017 🇺🇸

Design Consulting

After graduation, I moved to the US where I worked for a small company with a strong user centered product and approach.

I worked with clients in the field and consulted on a brand-new web portal solution.

2019 🇺🇸

Entering Big Tech

I graduated from the University of Washington's Master program in Human Centered Design and Engineering, and started a contract position at Samsung, where I converted to a full-time employee after four months.
